Where is Julie Nolan Jewelry made?
All of our products are handmade in Pelham, Massachusetts.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All pieces are made to order. Some pieces are available to ship within 1-2 business days but some pieces can take a little bit longer. Most pieces are available to ship 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. If you order is time sensitive, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What shipping options are available?
All orders in the U.S. ship for free using USPS First Class Mail. All orders over $150 will ship UPS Ground Service and can take up to 5-7 business days to deliver. International orders can be shipped with UPS Worldwide Service or USPS Priority Mail. Please keep in mind that international orders may incur VAT or customs fees. This is considered the sole responsibility of the customer and not Julie Nolan Jewelry. Custom declaration forms will be declared at true value.
What is your online return policy?
Online orders are eligible for a full return within 14 days from the time of delivery. Please contact email@example.com before sending back a return. All returns must be returned in original packaging and a tracking number for your return must be obtained. This is for your protection. If a package gets lost, you will have a tracking number for your reference. Custom orders and items purchased with a discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return.
Do you give any special discounts?
Julie Nolan Jewelry offers a 15% discount to teachers and military service members. A valid teacher's union or military identification card is required. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to access your promotional code.

I have lost one of my earrings. Can I order just one?
Yes, in most cases this is possible. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to determine the cost of remaking and replacing your earring.
