Where is Julie Nolan Jewelry made?

All of our products are handmade in Pelham, Massachusetts.

How long will it take to ship my order?

All pieces are made to order.  Some pieces are available to ship within 1-2 business days but some pieces can take a little bit longer.  Most pieces are available to ship 3-5 business days from the time of purchase.  If you order is time sensitive, please do not hesitate to contact us:  julie@julienolanjewelry.com

What shipping options are available?

All orders in the U.S. ship for free using USPS First Class Mail.  All orders over $150 will ship UPS Ground Service and can take up to 5-7 business days to deliver.  International orders can be shipped with UPS Worldwide Service or USPS Priority Mail.  Please keep in mind that international orders may incur VAT or customs fees.  This is considered the sole responsibility of the customer and not Julie Nolan Jewelry.  Custom declaration forms will be declared at true value.

What is your online return policy?

We understand that returns or exchanges  may happen.  However, JNJ is a very small business and I ask that returns be made for online store credit only within 5 days of purchase.  Please email as soon as possible if you expect the need for an exchange or return.  Unworn items only will be accepted for returns.  Returns / exchanges of rings that have been sized will incur a restocking fee of $150.  Custom orders  and discounted orders are considered final sale.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, we do.  Please contact:  julie@julienolanjewelry.com for a custom order form.

I have lost one of my earrings.  Can I order just one?

Yes, in most cases this is possible.  Please email:  julie@julienolanjewelry.com to determine the cost of remaking and replacing your earring.
